Feros: Geth in the Tunnels is an Assignment in Mass Effect. Feros: Geth in the Tunnels is about finding and destroying the Geth transmitter in the tunnels. Assignments are secondary quests in Mass Effect, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.
Feros: Geth in the Tunnels Walkthrough
You have to find the transmiteer in the tunnels. To reach it, head towards the elevator to the skyway but continue down the stairs beyond it. You will fight several Geth in the tunnels. You can find the transmitter room through a door across a small bridge.
Once the door opens, you will be fired upon. In the first area, you will find Geth Snipers, above the main level, and a Geth Assault Drone. After disposing of the Geth, three Krogan Warriors will come from the main chamber.
Once all these Enemies have been dispatched, you will find the transmitter to the back of the room. Destroy it by dealing damage to it and once it's gone, return to Fai Dan to complete the Assignment
How to unlock Feros: Geth in the Tunnels
- To obtain Feros: Geth in the Tunnels you have to speak to Fai Dan a second time, after being interrupted by the assaulting Geth the first time. He will tell you about the transmitter.
- If you didn't talk to Fai Dan again, you can destroy the transmitter anyway while entering the tunnels and once you do, you will receive the journal entry.
