Head to the monkey colony on the northern end of the map, you will find an abandoned mine here. You can find the monkey with the data module is inside the mine's deepest tunnels.
Once inside the mine, proceed to the easternmost tunnel. At the end of such path, you will find a fusion containment cell, a secure crate that requires Decryption and two monkeys. One of them has the module. Handle the monkeys however you want, one of your teammates confirm it has the module and Joker will be able to transmit its content to the fleet. Once you have the module, the tunnel entrance door closes and a Geth force will appear in the main chamber.
