Citadel: Homecoming is an Assignment in Mass Effect. Citadel: Homecoming revolves around the retrieval of a soldier's body. Assignments are secondary quests in Mass Effect, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.

Citadel: Homecoming Walkthrough

Once you talk to him, Samesh tells you he is trying to secure the physical remains of his deceased wife, named Nirali Bhatia, from Clerk Bosker. Nirali was a soldier in the 212 on Eden Prime, and he just wants to give her a respectful cremation.

Clerk Boster, on the other hand, can be found in the Embassies lounge nearby. As you walk in, you'll see him leaning up against a wall on the right. He explains that the body is being retained for important tests, that may lead to upgraded defenses for Alliance forces against Geth attacks.

Now you have to choose between allowing the Alliance to keep her body for these studies, or have her returned to Samesh Bahtia to give her to give her proper burial. You can convince both Samesh Bahtia or Clerk Booster to agreeing to let the remains be with the Alliance or with his husband, respectively.
Choosing either of the Charm options (Requires 2 for Bosker and 3 for Samesh), gets you 8 Paragon points, while choosing the Intimidate options (2 points for Bosker, 3 for Samesh), gets you 8 Renegade points.
