Citadel: Rita's Sister is an Assignment in Mass Effect. Citadel: Rita's Sister is about the worrying situation of an undercover C-Sec officer. Assignments are secondary quests in Mass Effect, that are not mandatory to progress the game's story, but provide context and flavor by meeting interesting NPCs of all kind of Races, granting additional experience, and letting the player visit extraordinary and unique planets.

Citadel: Rita's Sister Walkthrough

Once you acquire the Assignment, head to Chora's Den and speak to Jenna at the bar. After a few lines of dialogue, she gets irritated and cuts the conversation off, won't speaking to you further. Upon leaving, a Turian bumps into you and tells you to go see him at C-Sec if you are concerned about Jenna's safety.

Head to the C-Sec offices and head to the traffic control area. You can find the Turian in one of the offices on your left. He introduces himself as Chellick, and is a C-Sec detective. He explains about Jenna's work at Chora's Den is actually to collect information about illegal Weapons mods.

You may decide to Charm or Intimidate him to force him to release Jenna immediately. You can decide to gain Chellick's favor, there's an arms dealer situtation that needs solving and would close Jenna's case.
If you lack the requisite points, you have to decline. However, if you choose to decline initially, keep in mind that the offer remains open if you talk to Chellick again.

You learn that arms dealer is a Krogan named Jax. He can be found on the Lower Markets near Morlan's shop. Once you meet him you can try to arrest him, kill him or keep up the act and purchase the weapon mods without starting a ruckus.

Choosing to arrest or fight Jax, obviously results in a fight against him and earns you 9 Renegade points, when you report back to the Turian. However, if you play along and pay Jax, Chellick logs the transaction as evidence and rewards you with an upgrade, Credits, Omni-Gel, experience points and 8 Paragon points.

Any of these resolutions, leads to Jenna being removed from Chora's Den and going back to work at Flux. To end the Assignment, speak to Rita.

You can obtain Citadel: Rita's Sister, during your first visit to the Flux. You can overhear Doran, the Volus manager speaking with his employee Rita, about her sister.
