Argos Rho is a cluster in Mass Effect. Argos Rhos is generally ignored by most galactic powers, there are no colonies established because most of the planets within are uninhabitable. This has helped many factions, such as the Geth or the mysterious Cerberus, to operate outside the reach of the law.
To reach Argos Rho you must make a connection through the Horse Head Nebula cluster.
