Talent Effect Opens Charm persuasion in the conversation.

Charm is a Talent in Mass Effect. Charm is a talent that belongs to Shepard Talents and is available to all Classes. Talents are the more general skill areas in which a character excels and a part of your Character’s build linked to your class. As you progress through the game, you will also be able to unlock specializations that give you added bonuses

 

Charm Description

Opens Charm persuasion in the conversation. Decreases the cost of items in stores. Charm options are grayed out if you do not have skill rank.

New skill ranks open up when you become a Spectre and as you earn Paragon points.

4 Convinces merchants they should give you a better deal (passive bonus) when purchasing gear. Increases charm Score by 4 and a Store discount of 2% Unlocks Store Discount
5 Increases charm Score by 5 - 
6 Increases charm Score by 6 -
7 Increases charm Score by 7 -
8 Convinces merchants they should give you a better deal (passive bonus) when purchasing gear. Increases charm Score by 8 and a Store discount of 5% Increases Store Discount from 2% to 5%
9 Increases charm Score by 9 -
10 Increases charm Score by 10 -
11 Increases charm Score by 11 -
12 Convinces merchants they should give you a better deal (passive bonus) when purchasing gear. Increases charm Score by 12 and a Store discount of 8% Increases Store Discount from 5% to 8%
