- Getting your hands on a Garage Pass: You have to get a garage pass to pursue Matriarch Benezia, you have two methods to do it: While doing the Assignment Noveria: Smuggling, you can rat out Opold, presenting his package to Administrator Anoleis to receive Credits and a Garage pass. The second option is to obtain the Mission Noveria: Lorik Qui'in, from Lorik Qui'in himself or from Gianna Parasini. Either way, proceed to Noveria: Matriarch Benezia to continue the Noveria story arc.
- Getting Started: Go to Port Hanshan Mezzanine, and talk to Lorik Qui'in. He will say that Administrator Anoleis is corrupt and he can offer you a garage pass but in return, he needs access to the evidence against Anoleis. If you agree to help him, he grants you access to the Synthetic Insights office. The office is currently guarded by ERCS guards.
