Sentry Omega is a cluster in Mass Effect. Sentry Omega is one of the five clusters that have only one system within. The others three are Local Cluster, Pangaea Expanse, Serpent Nebula and Hawking Eta. In order to the Sentry Omega cluster to be available you need to complete two major plot worlds (Feros, Noveria or Therum)
