Hovercraft Saren is a Boss in Mass Effect. Hovercraft Saren is the first direct encounter you have with the main antagonist of the game. Bosses in Mass Effect have their own behaviors and unique attacks. Killing Enemies grants the player experience points, credits and may yield a random item.

In this first encounter with Saren at Virmire, he is standing on a hovercraft and uses Biotic attacks. Depending on some decisions, you can fight him while he is on the hovercraft again at the Citadel.

- Instruct your squadmates yo attack him aggressively, because the Turian only focuses on Commander Shepard.
- He is immune to most Biotic, except for Warp and Stasis.
- Saren will sometimes hover too close of the many fuel tanks in the battlefield. You can shoot them or use Sabotage or Overload on them to inflict him a lot of damage.
- This is a pretty straightforward fight and once you deplete 75% of his health bar, the fight is over.
