Guardian is an Armor in Mass Effect 1. Armor in Mass Effect 1 protects characters from all damage that breaks through Kinetic Barriers. Combat hard-suits use a dual-layer system to protect the wearer. Guardian Armor is manufactured by Elanus Risk Control Services and can be worn by the Human, Turian, and Krogan races. Guardian can be found in Light, Medium, and Heavy versions, from I to X.
