Cooldown Reduction is a Defensive Stat in Mass Effect. Cooldown Reduction Reduces the amount of time it takes for an Ability to be available again.. Offensive Stats are determined by your Class Talent and Equipment.
Cooldown Reduction Effect
- Reduces the amount of time it takes for an Ability to be available again.
- This can be applied to different Abilities that can go on cooldown, such as Tech, Biotic as well as determined Weapon Talents.
How to increase Cooldown Reduction
- By reaching certain levels in the Damping Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Damping Ability.
- By reaching certain levels in the Decryption Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Sabotage.
- By reaching certain levels in the Hacking Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Damping, Sabotage, Overload and AI Hacking.
- By reaching certain levels in the First Aid Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of First Aid Ability
- By reaching certain levels in the Medicine Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of First Aid Ability.
- By reaching certain levels in the Throw Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Throw Ability
- By reaching certain levels in the Lift Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Lift Ability.
- By reaching certain levels in the Singularity Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Singularity Ability.
- By reaching certain levels in the Barrier Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Barrier Ability.
- By reaching certain levels in the Stasis Talent tree, you can reduce the cooldown of Stasis.
- Omni-Tools grant a bonus cooldown reduction to all Tech Talents and the recharge time of First Aid
- The following Armor Upgrades also grant cooldown reduction: Kinetic Buffer, Medical Exoskeleton and Stimulant Pack.
